Project's Areas
- Legal
- Environmental
- Economic
- Technical
And its relations:
- Are these areas isolated?
- Do these areas follow each other?
- Do particular results from one area make influence to these others?
- Is it important to manage activities in individual areas?
- Is it important to manage the whole project within its whole lifecycle?
Project's solution = intersection of all Areas
Process of Project work
- Project areas are not isolated.
- Solution of a project (all areas) follow each other.
- A particular result from one area influences the other areas.
- It is very important to manage activities in all project areas.
- It is important to manage the whole project within its entire lifecycle.
