The urban study
Including a variable type of house known as The Concept House for the Gulf, which could be built on different types of terrain. It also allows creation of different urban formations.
- The Concept House for the Gulf is inspired by the Arabic architecture and especially the historic structure of local towns and settlements.
- The design envisions a contemporary, timeless residence that will become an oasis of peace and unforgettable memories for a four to seven-member family.
- A single-story atrium house is optimized for locations with extreme sunlight.
- The house is built with unique pre-cast concrete panels with built-in electrical, water and drainage ducts.
- A flat roof enables easy and straightforward installation of photovoltaic panels.
- Houses can be assembled in standalone rows or tight multi-row formations, creating pleasant and ample shade.
- Easy implementation of water elements, playgrounds, parking lots or waste-management points further enhances attractivity of these houses for urban environment.
